Are the vehicles insured?

Yes, all our vehicles are provided with insurance and emergency breakdown cover as standard.

What methods of payment do you accept?

You can pay by most major credit / debit cards securely online or by telephone.

What is CDW?

Collision Damage Waiver reduces your liability in the event of an accident in your rental vehicle.

Can I change the vehicle after the reservation?

Yes. If you would like to make any changes or simply cancel your reservation after a booking is made, please call 0330 030 0000 or contact us from the Contact Us page.

What is your fuel policy?

We operate on a like-for-like fuel policy. Fuel will need to be replaced to the same levels as marked on your pre-rental vehicle condition report. If fuel is not replaced to the correct level you will be subject to a refuelling surcharge.

What should I do, if the vehicle breaks down?

All vehicles are provided with AA Breakdown & Roadside assistance. The contact number in the event of a breakdown is 0800 107 5867. This number can also be located on your vehicle rental agreement and key fob.

Can I take the vehicle to Europe?

Yes. We can supply and cover vehicles for most parts of Europe. A European Cover or Cross Border fee will apply dependant on the destination of travel.

Can the vehicle be collected from a different address?

Yes, we offer a ‘One Way’ hire service as an additional extra. Upon making a booking (whether online or by phone), just specify the address for Delivery and Collection and we will confirm.

Can you deliver anywhere?

We have nationwide coverage, so as long as the destination has vehicular access then yes.
